Why make art?
We’ve always wanted to mimic reality, and art is based on reality. Everybody has their way of coping with life’s problems and recreating reality does that for me. We have the ability to create our own reality, but this is not possible because we don’t even understand the nature of reality. Making art doesn’t solve problems, it helps me to understand what reality is by learning and practicing. When I’m aware of my existence all I want to do is to observe my surroundings.
I wanted to see like an artist, that’s why I chose to become one from the years of experiencing and observing creative aspects of life. I’ve feel that art is fundamentally the exercising of a skill or technique. To try and make sense of whatever is in an individuals head and seeing it outside of one’s self.
What do you mean by looking deeply into reality?
I contemplate life through the filter of everything I’ve learned.
If life gets boring, it’s an interesting way to escape from the reality that makes us suffer. This’s why I rarely get bored. There are lots of distractions in the world and making art is one of them.
For example. When I see an apple, I see it’s color with all my understanding of this object. I see light and shadows. I want to know more about this apple. I start to imagine this apple in different situations, I try to model and recreate this apple. I even try to animate this object. I play with this apple in my mind until I fall in love with this apple and forget about other things that bother me, for a while. I want to write a song, which can describe how this apple tastes, although I don’t know how to write a song, yet. You can do whatever you want with this apple and the world is your playground.
What’s the impact on wellbeing?
You’ve need to experience bad things to be able to appreciate the good things. Dealing with tragedy is as hard as dealing with success. What I am trying to say is that recreating reality can rewrite it for me. Or reshape our understanding …and art helps me to alter my perspective. This is how good life can be, with all it’s surprises.
Why become an artist?
Everybody can be an artist, all you’ve got to do is to make some art. There is two kinds of art in the world, art and good art. Whichever art you create, being able to hold it, stare at it, taste it, being able to share my art with yourself and others makes me feel alive. Art of value observes reality, and knowing where to bend the rules. Art has an impact on people, and the potential to change and enrich their lives.
What’s your background?
Im a normal everyday human being. Like most of you, can’t say all of you because some of you are obviously aliens or robots.
What does your work aim to say?
Excellent question, but does art have to say something?????
Who are your biggest influences?
The internet, the moon… everyone I’ve met and want to meet. Every frame of everything I’ve seen. Reality. I’ve got to stop saying this word.
How have you developed your career?
(Thanks)Have I ???
